TC: Elite coming to the Mac |

I just got word via the True Combat: Elite website that TC:E for Enemy
Territory is successfully running on the Mac, and after some tweaking
and fixes, should be release ready. The article on the TC:E
homepage (dateed Aug 4th) did not specify whether the Mac release would
be as soon as it's ready or along side the next release of the Win32
and Linux counterparts.

Just a quick note to let you know I'm still alive. I decided to spend
some time on the site's aesthetics, and grabbed a few layouts to see
what I could find. For now, I'm sticking with this one, but in the
future I may commission one. I am currently working on some reviews and
articles that I've wanted to put out for some time, but haven't had the
time to work on.
In the gaming world, I've been keeping up-to-date on OmniBot, which
seems to be progressing well. A friend of mine is keeping up on BF2, to
see if the co-op situation improves at all. I had a bad experience
buying RAM over the past weekend, and once I recover from that (Read: Return
the bad RAM) then I can move on to pick up some more. Hopefully by
Sunday afternoon I can post some pics and review of the Escort MK2
airsoft hand grenade that I picked up at our last bi-monthly trip to
CQB.

The True Combat team posted a small update with some screenshots on their site, under the "Work In Progress" section.
The screenshots are for a revised version on the Northport map. There
are some older updates, which are more recent than the latest update on
their front page.
Definitely something to check out if you hadn't heard anything since 5-18.
